Summary: So when we purchased this online the property looked gorgeous and the rooms looked clean and put together but once we got there we knew something was off. They don't have keys for your door instead they lock and unlock it from their office. Once we got to our room we realized this was a love hotel and nowhere online had it said this. The bedding was stained and the atmosphere was dark. We decided to check out early as we felt unsafe here. We tried to get a refund for the 7 nights we were not going to be there but we were denied. Overall this was a terrible experience. The best way they can remedy this is to say that they are a love hotel from the beginning.
